• Tcompanyhe client is a large printer manufacturing with 20,000 workers and 1,500 computer users.
• They needed a comprehensive IT infrastructure solution to ensure continuous and efficient operation of their production systems and office networks.
• Specifically, the requirements for stable network connectivity and security surveillance systems were critical in the project implementation process
• the client required a reliable IT maintenance and operation service post-deployment to ensure the ongoing performance and availability of the systems

Solutions

• We provided an end-to-end solution including underlay UTP, Optical backbone cable, with 5 main Racks & 40 site Racks. Cisco networking equipment, utilizing a three-layer Core, Distribution, and Access model to optimize performance and security
• The network was connected to the Cloud via VPN, ensuring flexibility and secure remote work capabilities
• For servers, we deployed Dell solutions with VMware virtualization technology to optimize resources and scalability
• The CCTV system used Panasonic equipment for effective surveillance and security of key areas in the factory.
• Door Access system for approximately 30 doors, connected to the Time Attendant system for controlling entry and exit times for 5,000 workers per shift. The system was divided into 10 card readers, with optimized configuration to ensure quick and accurate clocking of workers' time, helping to manage their working hours efficiently.
• Post-deployment, we provided IT maintenance and operations services with an SLA of 8x6, ensuring timely support and system upkeep, as well as proactive monitoring to minimize downtime and ensure the continued success of the IT infrastructure.

Results & Impacts

• The project was completed on time and provided a solid IT infrastructure that improved the working efficiency of 1,500 computer users
• The network and security systems were optimized, helping the factory operate more effectively and minimizing security risks.
